Terms of Use

1. Service

CheckMotion provides automated, AI-assisted sports movement analysis from videos you choose to upload. Features, supported activities, usage allowances, and availability may change as the service develops.

2. Accounts

You may create one recording without a paid subscription, including as a temporary guest. Creating additional recordings requires an account with an active CheckMotion Premium subscription. Guest recordings are not saved after the temporary browser session unless you sign in while they are still available. You are responsible for access to the Google or Apple account used to sign in and for activity performed through your CheckMotion session.

3. Premium subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are processed through RevenueCat and the applicable App Store, Google Play, or web payment provider. The price, billing interval, trial, taxes, and renewal terms shown at checkout apply. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the store or billing provider that processed the purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally refund the current period. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. Deleting your CheckMotion account does not itself cancel a store or billing-provider subscription.

4. Your videos

You retain rights in videos you upload. You grant CheckMotion the limited right to process and store them as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested analysis. You must have permission to record and upload every identifiable person shown.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to bypass usage limits or access another user's analysis, upload malicious or infringing material, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer protected systems except where law expressly permits it.

6. Not professional advice

Results are automated estimates based on the visible clip and may be incomplete or wrong. CheckMotion is not medical, physiotherapy, safety, or professional coaching advice. Stop activity and seek a qualified professional when pain, injury, health, or safety is involved.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, CheckMotion is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, training decisions made solely from automated output, or failures outside reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Suspension and deletion

We may restrict access needed to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law. You can delete your account through account settings. Data handling on deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
